    Hi Queens I'm planning on doing my lower body class from the library later today & wondered if fireball Friday or boots band camp would be best? I'm a newby and this is my first challenge. I don't want to be walking like John Wayne 2mora 🙈😂❤️

    @Leeanne Mcclelland Ooo both are very spicy classes and you will love them both! I didn't get round to completing Frans class this week so I'm not sure what it was like but from past experience I know it is spicy and fabulous! I did do Fireball yesterday and can confirm that it was absolute fire and my peach is feeling it today but in a good way 🍑😂 Hope you managed to pick one and enjoyed it Queen!❤️

    @Leeanne Mcclelland I did my first fireball friday live, my god it was good! Have yet to try a class with Fran! I'm a newbie too, really like maeves classes as she breaks the moves right down
