Hi I've decided to add an extra lower body into my workouts during the challenge. Has anyone done this class during the challenge? I think I'm going to give it a try, I love Sarah's classes.

I have done this class the last two weeks and it is super. Sarah is fantastic instructions are really clear and she motivates you to keep going. Love her classes too

Sarah is brilliant! Her spicy sets class is great but I miss her HIIT class, it's so hard but you feel amazing afterwards! 🙌🏼🙌🏼
