So I have finally succumbed this week and tested positive to COVID. Stupid bloody thing I have managed to avoid it for 2 years nearly and I wouldnt mind but I tested positive Tuesday just after one of my fave work outs! I have managed to claw back and get 2 done this morning just to keep myself in the challenge but god it was hard going! I really feel like doing these classes made my experince with COVID much easier than it could have been!

@Liz Stevens hopefully you are feeling better! Just try some of the lower impact classes, the good thing is you can include yoga and Pilates in the challenge as part of your four ( I think). Don't be too hard on yourself, if it takes a day or two to get back to form just let it. Good luck xxx
