Broken Bone


  • Hi Queens,

    I am writing this while sitting on my couch with my right leg in a boot, and a cane next to be on my lefthand side. I was out for a walk yesterday and fell, and heard a snap. I had to walk about a mile back to my car, and went to the hospital last night. I sadly have broken my fibula. Thankfully I didn't displace the bone, so no cast, and the fibula is not the main weight bearing bone in the leg. Sadly, I am not able to finish the challenge, or workout right now. I have already shed many tears, and will probably shed more. I can use all the queen vibes right now, as I am so sad that the strength I have gained back, I will lose again. 



  • Oh Sarah that sounds painful! Wishing you a speedy recovery and hopefully you can ease yourself back in when it's safe to start exercising again. Hopefully your QDQ fitness will aid your recovery and you'll be back to it soon  xx
