Hi Queens,
After having to stop working out for nearly 3 months to get my period back, breaking my ankle and being in a boot my 6 weeks, and then having to wait a month before I could start working out again while the ankle was still recovering, and then getting COVID, I am finally back. I have done 5 workouts this week and my body is in absolute bits! I am excited to be back, but annoyed at losing all the strength and endurance I had. I know it will come back, but I am struggling! I am so thankful to@Maeve Madden@Francesca O'Reilly@Sinead Corcoran for the encouragement, the love, and absolute Queen spirit during all of this crap that really negatively impacted me! I am so thankful to be back and look forward to seeing the progress I make and the strength and endurance come back!! 👑💖
Coming back and all the DOMS!!
