Coming to The Europa Hotel Belfast on Sunday 20th October 2024 for a day that will leave you feeling empowered, enlightened and ready to take on the world!

From 10.00 onwards, you will be immersed in a world of Queens Don't Quit, break a sweat and join the party with Maeve’s HIIT workouts, Mobility Session, Guest Speaker Panel and an incredible sound bath journey.

•⁠  ⁠11:10am - 11:55am - Dr Emma Panel Talk on Skin Care, Hormones and More

•⁠  ⁠12:00pm - 12.40pm - Combat Queen with Maeve

•⁠  ⁠12.40pm - 12.50pm - Refreshments

•⁠  ⁠12:50pm - 13.10pm - Pilates and Mobility with Maria

•⁠  ⁠13.15pm - 13.45pm - Sound Bath with Aideen

•⁠  ⁠13.45pm - 14.00pm - Raffle, Photos and Shopping

•⁠  ⁠Entrance will be through Europa Hotel (Parking Available)

•⁠  ⁠Yoga mats will be provided along with storage areas for bags and jackets.
